APC Kids is the children’s entertainment arm of APC Studios, headed by Lionel Marty. Lionel started international distribution at Tele Images, before specialising in kids’ contents with the launch of the Distribution Department of France Animation, and became President of Worldwide Distribution, Consumer Products and Digital at Moonscoop.
He has received many international awards: Best Distributor by Kidscreen, Best Distributor at Cartoon Forum and several Best TV France International Animation Exports.APC is managed by a duo of seasoned TV professionals. Zephyr, APC Kids’ production arm, develops and produces animated and live-action series with partners from around the world. Zephyr series cover all audiences from preschool to family, and all genres, with a strong focus on storytelling as well as international sales potential.
Chief Creative Officer David Sauerwein is in charge of development and production of all of Zephyr’s in-house projects, original IPs as well as coproductions. Prior to this, he worked as head writer, story editor or script doctor for Xilam or Ubisoft, on series such as Mr. Magoo or Rabbids: Invasion.
